That’s a really common question among new triathletes to long course events as to how to pace yourself.
It’s very easy to start faster than you should in a long distance triathlon event, but it’s also easy to learn how to pace yourself for several hours. That’s something you have to incorporate to your training tough. If you learn how to control your rhythm and be patient with yourself day in day out it will come naturally on race day. (more…)
Racing in rough conditions with elevated percentage of humidity and hot temperatures can be tricky even for racers who live in areas with that kind of weather.
