Unique Experience

With a great turnout from local and regional age groupers it’s an intimate race with some caribbean flair.  An open water swim in the crystal clear waters just off seven mile beach, a short run to transition and an out and back bike course along the coastline, followed of course by the run, it’s a hot one, hence the name MercuryMan once the sun is up in Cayman you can expect the run temps to be between 80-100 degrees but don’t worry we are prepare with water, ice and plenty of cheer squads!!

International
Athlete Perks

We will also be providing overseas athletes with personal bike racks, A race day shuttle from any of the hotels listed above, a bike mechanic facility.

Volunteer

Setting up a big event like the Mercuryman Triathlon takes a lot of work, and the work is not finished when the gun goes off on race day! The event organizers need a lot of help from the community to make the Mercuryman Triathlon a safe and successful event. So if you are not racing or racing as part of a relay, we could use your help!

  • Pre-race Registration & set up
  • Water safety & athlete counters
  • Bike & Run Course Marshals and Aid Stations
  • Transition area security and directions
  • Finish line
  • Athlete Food tent

All volunteers will receive a tshirt and a free post race meal. All of our volunteers will also be entered into a random draw at the end of the race and have a chance to win some great prizes.

Please let us know if you are interested in helping out.
