The Generali Worldwide Mercuryman, Cayman’s only half iron distance triathlon, will celebrate its 5th anniversary on 22 January 2017, a significant milestone that reflects the triathlon’s popularity with both Cayman residents and international pro triathletes.
As with the 2013 race Sue Aquila will be doing a race preview talk on the afternoon of the 18th of January 2014 (time to be confirmed). The race preview talk will be focused on racing half iron distance events in hot and humid conditions which will include an emphasis how to keep hydrated.
